What you are getting

Free Tools Vault offers free browser utilities for everyday tasks such as formatting text, editing images and PDFs, generating codes, and checking public web pages. There is no fee and no account. We may add, change, or remove a tool at any time, because the collection is maintained as a free service rather than a paid product with a fixed feature list.

Check the result before you rely on it

The tools are helpers. A calculator, a health estimate, a currency-style figure, or a rewrite can be wrong, outdated, or unfit for your situation. They are not medical, legal, financial, or professional advice. Before you publish a file, send a number to a client, or make a decision that matters, review the output yourself.

You are responsible for the material you bring to a tool. Do not upload or paste content you do not have the right to use, and do not use the tools to harm another person.

Use the lookup tools fairly

Page checkers, DNS lookups, and port checks are meant for sites and servers you own or have permission to inspect. Do not use them to probe, overload, or break into systems that are not yours. Do not use any tool to send spam, malware, or deceptive content.

Automated scraping of the whole site, or sending a flood of requests that slows the service for everyone else, is not allowed.

Our limits

The tools are provided as they are, without a promise that they will be available every minute or that every result will be accurate. To the fullest extent the law allows, Free Tools Vault is not liable for lost files, lost profits, or decisions you make from a tool's output. Because most work happens in your browser, we also cannot restore a document after you close the tab.

Some pages link to other websites, or ask a public service a question on your behalf. Those outside sites have their own rules. We are not responsible for them.

The name and the pages

The Free Tools Vault name, the vault mark, and the text we wrote for this site belong to us. You may use the tools and share links to them. You may not copy the site and present it as your own product.

If we need to update these terms

When the rules change, the date at the top of this page will change too. Continuing to use the site after that date means you accept the updated terms.
