Free Tools Vault does not have a phone line or a live chat desk. Email is the reliable way to reach the person who looks after the site. Write when something is broken, when a page is unclear, or when you have a privacy question.

- The name of the tool, or the page address you were on.
- What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
- The browser you used, if a button or download failed.
Please leave out passwords, private documents, and full customer lists. If a tool runs in your browser, we never received that file, so we also cannot recover it.
Good reasons to write
A tool that shows an error, a result that looks wrong, a missing page, or a question about the privacy policy or the terms and conditions. Suggestions are welcome too. We cannot promise that every idea will be built, but a clear note is how improvements start.
